A very warm welcome to Green Ways Therapy to you.
I provide emotionally attuned support with compassion, depth and understanding on your path to growth and wholeness.
Nature or ecotherapy can be especially effective for those experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, life transitions, or feelings of stuck-ness in traditional indoor therapy. By stepping into natural environments, you are able to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in an expanded, grounded and supportive way.
Nature therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses time in nature as part of the counselling process. Sessions may include walking, reflection, mindfulness, and guided conversation, all facilitated by a qualified and insured counsellor.
Nature provides a calm, non-judgemental setting where insight and change can naturally occur.
Reconnect with yourself, others, and the natural world. Exploring your mind, body and soul in an environment that suits you, whether that is indoors, outdoors, at home or online.
If you would like to find out more about how I work, please see my BACP Directory Page.
